1 Liter Fresh whole Milk
280g (1 tin) Pineapple Chunks
2 Cup chopped Mixed fruit of you choice
1 pack Strawberry Jelly (prepare and allow to set)
1 cup whipping cream
½ packet Boiled noodles
2 tsp custard powder
1/4 cup crushed pistachio Nuts
1/4 cup crushed almonds
3 tbsp Rose Cordial (Gulab Ka Sharbat)
4-5 drops of red food coloring
A handful of Colored Vermicelli
Sugar to taste
Serves 6-8

First, prepare the custard. Mix the custard powder separately in a small bowl with about 2 tbsp. of milk. Pour the remainder of the 500ml in a pan with the sugar and a few drops of red food coloring (to turn the custard pink) and bring it to almost boiling point then lower the heat. Add the custard mixture and keep stirring until the mixture thickens (for about 2-3 minutes) then turn off the heat. Set the custard aside to cool at room temperature
Take 3 tablespoon whole milk and add custard powder and sugar and cook till the thick consistency. add some drops of food coloring and boil it once in low flame.  

Tip - You can use muslin cloth or sieve to remove lumps in custard. Now Add whipping cream and Rose Cordial (Gulab Ka Sharbat). Add chopped Drained Mixed fruit, crushed almonds, Pineapple Chunks, and boiled Colored Vermicelli. Mix well. Pour into a serving dish and garnish with pistachio Nuts, crushed almonds, cut the jelly into round pieces and top with cream.

Cover it well and refrigerate it. Serve Chilled and Enjoye!
